If you are used to programming cultural events and if you are looking for an easy follow-up tool, check the AEC Event Ticketing Mobile App. As an example, with the app, you’ll avoid paper lists and waiting lines and you’ll get to know number of attendees in real time.

It is very easy with the ticketing mobile application connected to Arc-En-Ciel. Whilst often unknown, the feature allows your teams to manage entrance and attendance very simply.

First of all, with AEC, there are two ways to manage tickets sales:

  • using the premise software version,
  • through the extranet website interfaced with AEC. The ticket sold is issued with a QR Code.

Once the AEC application has been installed on mobile or tablet, event checkpoint personnel will be required to scan the QR code on printed or electronic tickets.

The status of the event attendees can be checked and additional no-ticket comers might be added too in the app. They are recorded into AEC software and a new report on participants or absentees is immediately generated. There’s no need for an additional manual update operation. All data are automatically synchronized.
