Over the years, AEC has been growing with new technologies and new needs of the centers and institutions that have trusted us. Therefore, training in order to keep up with new features and get the most out of the software is very important.

The French Alliance of Santo Domingo (AFSD) has been part of our family since the beginning of the AEC. Its teaching and administrative staff have also changed over the years, and in March 2019, part of our training team visited for several days to reinforce AEC knowledge and help users get the most out of the software.

In the classroom, the users and their superiors attended and contributed with their questions for a better understanding of the program. They learned about new features of AEC, and how they can be applied to the day to day in the Alliance.

The AFSD presents cultural activities constantly, promoting the French language and culture. It also has a Media library, where members have a world to discover and learn many things. Each of these things can be managed from AEC with the Kiosque add-on, with which the AFSD has been working since a few years ago. This platform allows online registration and payment, as well as tickets selling for cultural events, presenting all courses available, and even access for students to check their grades.
