The history of ATL Software first started in 2006 when Thomas and Mickaël Ruellan, two passionate French developers living in the Dominican Republic, developed a tailor-made software programme for the Santo Domingo branch of Alliance Française. The solution was quickly adopted by other Alliances Françaises in Mexico. And so began the adventure.

The company went on to continue its development in its native land. The Dominican Republic is a dynamic territory with an annual growth rate of over 5%. ATL Software participates in the local economy and is a member of the CCIFD (French-Dominican Chamber of Commerce and Industry), affiliated with the International France CCI network. On the island, the software sector benefits from an environment of excellence, particularly fueled by the training program at the ITLA (Instituto Tecnológico de Las Américas). ATL Software regularly welcomes ITLA engineering students and thus contributes to improving practices of the Dominican Republic’s IT community.
