We are proud of introducing the key features of the new version of Arc-En-Ciel (AEC), our course management software:<\/p>\n

1 \/ Additional features to the Exam management module:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Examiners’ Management, including time\/hours reporting<\/p>\n\"heures-jury-enseignant_AEC_ATL\"\n

 <\/p>\n

– Online registration for exams on the Kiosque module, including online payment by credit card,<\/p>\n\"formulaire-inscription-examen_Kiosque_ATL\"\n

 <\/p>\n

– Export of candidates to the DELF-PROG software of the CIEP.<\/p>\n\"export-delf-prog-ciep_AEC_ATL\"\n

 <\/p>\n

2 \/ Excel export:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Example: teaching hours reports from the teachers\u2019 module are now exported into an Excel file with 3 tabs: report, details, total.<\/p>\n\"3-onglets-enseignants_AEC_ATL\"\n

 <\/p>\n

3 \/ New view available for the course catalog:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Now select out of 3 views to display your course catalog in Kiosque module.<\/p>\n

4 \/ New “pay” button available in the student account in Kiosque.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This aims at paying online by credit card for on hold registration (example: online, office, or phone booking).<\/p>\n
